HISTORY

​

Since co-pioneering the internationally renowned art district called Wynwood in Miami, Florida in 2003, artist and community leader Joshua Tiktin has been helping his fellow creators and entrepreneurs expand their reach and elevate their careers.

​

His co-op style galleries and boutiques have housed over 300 artists, fashion designers, crafters, and retailers in numerous locations since 2003:

Tiktin's ventures have assisted in the birthing and early development of cultural districts in neighborhoods such as Wynwood (MIA), U Street Corridor (DC), MASS District (Co-Founder (FTL)), Sistrunk (FTL), Fashion Art and Design District (Hallandale), and Studio City (13th Street Corridor (FTL)).

From 2016-2020 Tiktin focused on producing large scale events such as artwalks and art festivals. These pop-ups gave over 1,000 micro-businesses exciting and lucrative vending opportunities, such as:
